Books have the ability to transport us to faraway places, in distant lands or alternate realities. They allow us to; search the depths of the oceans and the tops of mountains, explore the tombs of ancient egypt and gives us a glimpse into the past - all of this from the comfort of your home.

Books are precious things, and though many of us love these manuscripts and publications, I bet you that there are a few things you may not have known about this topic. Here are some interesting facts about our topic of the day...books!
Do you like the smell of a second hand bookstore or an old book? Well you are not alone. In Fact it is such a common phenomena that there is a term for this love : “Bibliosmia” .
The word “shrine” is derived from the Latin word “scinium” which translates to “chest for books”
